Returns and refunds:
We can not accept exchanges of laundry products and we can not accept returns of opened products.
- If the free item is returned, no refund will be given.
- If both items are returned, a refund for the full price item will be given
- If the free item is kept and the full price item is returned you will be refunded the difference in price.
For example:
Full price item = £8.50
Free item normal price = £7.50
If you return the full price item and keep the free item, a refund of £1 will be given.
