For our Black Friday Promotion our offer conditions, return and refunds are as follows...

The Offer Conditions

  • Products with a Black Friday badge are included in the 3 for 2 deal. Does not include gift cards.
  • Offer is redeemed by adding 3 products to your cart, the lowest priced item in your cart will be provided for free.
  • Early Access customers must use the code provided via our email.
  • During Black Friday 24th and Monday 27th the deal will trigger automatically once the basket contents qualify.
  • Offer is available for a limited time only (Ends Monday 27th Nov '23 at 23:59) and subject to change without notice.
  • Please ensure that the offer has been applied BEFORE purchase as it cannot be applied after the order has gone through.
  • This offer cannot be redeemed retrospectively.
  • Other discount codes can NOT be used when making a 3 for 2 purchase.

Returns and Refunds

  • If you return the free item, no refund will be issued.
  • If you return one of the other items, you will be refunded the amount for that product, less the value of the free product at the time you purchased it.

Example to illustrate:
Item 1 £150
Item 2 £150
Item 3 FREE (Regular price £100)
-------------
Total Regular price £400
Total paid £300

If return free item - no refund given
If return Item 1 or 2 £50 refund given.

Exchanges

  • ONLY Like for like items can be exchanged for a different size at the same discounted price.
    Please request exchanges via email asap. help@revivalvintage.co.uk
  • We are unable to offer an exchange for orders placed outside of the UK 

Items must be returned *28 days from the day the order was delivered.

  1. Items must be unused, be free from odours and in a sale-able condition with original packaging.
  2. Items such as hosiery or underwear are non-returnable.

    Do I need to contact Revival before returning?

    No, you don't need to contact us before returning an item(s).
    Simply

    1. Print off our return form. CLICK HERE FOR RETURN FORM
    2. Fill in the appropriate details on the form.
    3. Package your item(s) along with the return form in appropriate and adequate packaging.
    4. Send it to:

    5. We recommend recorded delivery or Royal Mail special delivery. 
      It is your responsibility to fund the return of items to us; Revival cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to goods whilst they are being returned.
    Overseas Customers Please Note: As you are not in the UK you will need to complete a short customs declaration.
    One section will ask what the goods are. Enter 'return of goods' or words to that effect. If this instruction is not followed a duty charge may be levied which will be charged will be taken from any refund.
     

    Can I Cancel my Order?

    Yes, To cancel please contact us via email or telephone as soon as possible after purchase.
    If the order has not been dispatched we will cancel and issue a full refund.
    Should the order already be dispatched, depending on your location and the courier used, we may be able to have it returned before delivery. This may not be possible, in which case please follow the return instructions above. Note that any extra courier charges for return will be deducted from your refund.

    And my refund?

    Refunds will be made to the same card/account that was used in the original purchase.
    We will process your refund within 3 days of receiving and checking your item.

    Note that ONLY outgoing standard UK shipping costs are refunded. If you have chosen ship methods other than UK Standard or you are an overseas customer, shipping will not be refunded. 
    On bulky and large volume orders where FREE shipping has applied. Should you return more than 50% of the goods we reserve the right that a proportion of the outgoing shipping cost be recouped from the refund amount.  

    Please keep in mind: We will not accept returns on items which are late and/or do not adhere to the conditions stated above. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
