A gorgeous original 40s piece that features a timeless purple and yellow floral pattern. The dress is realised in a light crepe fabric.
The dress's bodice features a square neckline and a horizontal tuck pleat that runs across the top of the bust, creating subtle gathers across the shoulders.
The skirt of the dress is voluminous and creates beautiful movement in the hem when worn.

The sleeves do appear to have been shorted by a previous owner, as there is some slightly uneven hand-stitching across the cuffs.
