Business, Trade & Production Orders
We understand that business and production requirements can change, so returns will be assessed individually. Where significant checking, repacking or restocking is required, a handling fee of up to 10% may be deducted from the refund. We may also recover a reasonable proportion of any original delivery costs we subsidised.
Dispatch Time
We aim to dispatch orders placed before 2pm GMT, Monday to Friday.
This may vary during UK holiday periods or busy sale times.
Duty and Taxes
EU Countries, Australia, Iceland, Norway, Switzerland & Canada
- Prices shown include your country’s VAT & duties.
- All orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). The final price you see at checkout includes your local VAT and import duties, guaranteeing there are no hidden fees or unexpected customs bills before your order is delivered.
Japan & New Zealand
- Prices are shown in your local currency.
- Duties and tariffs are calculated during the checkout phase and added to your final bill.
- All orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). The final price you see at checkout includes your local VAT and import duties, guaranteeing there are no hidden fees or unexpected customs bills before your order is delivered.
