Shipping Information
We ship almost anywhere in the world but not to PO Boxes. All shipments are tracked. Shipping prices and options will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping Cost Proviso
Shipping costs are based on average-sized orders (1–4 lbs or 500–2000g).
For unusually large orders, we cover excess shipping fees when we can however:
If you return more than 50% of your order, a portion of the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
Dispatch Time
We aim to dispatch orders placed before 2pm GMT, Monday to Friday.
This may vary during UK holiday periods or busy sale times.
Duty and Taxes
USA
- Prices are shown in USD.
- Duties and tariffs are calculated during the checkout phase and added to your final bill.
- We ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means what you pay at checkout is the final bill. We take care of paying all duties on your behalf.
EU Countries
- Prices shown in Euros include your country’s VAT.
- Orders under €150: VAT paid at checkout no extra charges.
- Orders over €150: VAT removed at checkout you’ll pay VAT directly to your courier before delivery.
Other Countries
- Prices are shown in your selected currency, excluding tax.
- Check your country’s duty and import tax rates before ordering.

Returns & Cancellations
You're welcome to return items that don’t fit and re-order a different size.
