Pretty dress with some rather odd features! It is a dress, which looks like a suit. There is a narrow front ruffle which is detachable for some reason. It has a bow on one shoulder. Has button and zip fastening. Waist is elasticated and stretches to 28". Bust 32", skirt length 27". Pictured with a petticoat, necklace not included.
