The very nature of vintage clothing and accessories means there may be evidence of natural wear and tear, the extent of which is usually reflected in the price. Generally speaking everything we put on our website is in excellent condition regardless of age unless stated otherwise in the item description.
Vintage clothing is not always easy to size but we do our best to give clear and accurate measurements. Generally we measure our garments flat then double the figure to give a circumference such as bust and waist or chest. However you do need to allow for ease. Once you see something you like on our site we recommend you get a garment of your own in a similar style which fits you well. Measure it and then compare those measurements to ours.
We charge postage individually for each item to keep the cost fair but we will charge a maximum of £8 per basket.
So the more you buy the less you pay for postage.
We send all our items via Royal Mail and are priced for the UK mainland.
If you require other methods of postage please contact us via the telephone or email.
We do send items anywhere in the world please choose your country during checkout to see postage charges.
Once an item is ordered we aim to despatch it within 24 hours. Although this can be longer depending on busy periods and availibity.
We will keep you up to date with the progress of your order.
We are happy to accept returns. All you need to do is inform us of your intention within 5 days, you can do that by email or telephone. Re parcel your item then post it back to us within the next 5 days. We will process your refund within 3 days of receiving and checking your item. Please note we do not refund any postage.
