We are happy to accept returns from our customers within 9 days of you recieving your order.
What can I return?
You may return any product purchased from us online subject to the following:
- Items must be returned within 9 days of you receiving the goods.
- Items must be unused, be free from odours and in a sale-able condition.
- Items such as makeup, Hosiery or underwear must be returned unopened and unused with the tamper seals in place where tamper seals are provided.
Do I need to contact Revival before returning?
No, you don't need to contact us before returning an item(s).
- Print off our return form. CLICK HERE FOR RETURN FORM
- Fill in the appropriate details on the form.
- Package your item(s) along with the return form in appropriate and adequate packaging.
- Send it to:

We recommend recorded delivery or Royal Mail special delivery.
It is your responsibility to fund the return of items to us;
Revival cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to goods whilst they are being returned.
And my refund?
Refunds will be made to the card that was used in the original purchase.
We only refund the cost of your item not the postage cost.
We will process your refund within 3 days of receiving and checking your item.
Please keep in mind
We will not accept returns on items which are late and/or do not adere to the conditions stated above.
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
